Piccata is a simple staple sauce made of butter, lemon and broth. We use these ingredients but reduce the portion to make it just as tasty and healthy! Our pan seared chicken breast is cooked to perfection and served with roasted Brussles sprouts and creamy mashed potatoes. Our homemade piccata sauce is the star of this show and the final addition to this perfectly portioned plate.

Substitute cauliflower mash to reduce carbs by 15 grams. Just select low carb below.
