Blueberry Protein Pancakes – 12 Pack
These blueberry protein pancakes contain NO flour, and are lightly sweetened with a mix of applesauce, banana, and just a hint of maple syrup. The protein comes from cottage cheese and eggs! As a healthy alternative to processed pancakes, these are pretty darn good! Protein pancakes are a great start for breakfast or can be used as a pre or post- workout snack. Even the kids will love them!
To freeze: wrap pancakes in plastic wrap and store in gallon freezer bag. When ready, re-heat in the microwave for 30 seconds or pop them in the toaster.
