Blueberry protein pancakes with NO flour or added sugar, mind blown?! The pancakes are lightly sweetened with a mix of applesauce and banana and the protein comes from cottage cheese and eggs. To be a healthy alternative to a processed pancake, these are pretty darn good! Protein pancakes are a great start to breakfast or can be used as a pre or post workout snack. Even the kids will love them! 

To freeze: wrap pancakes in plastic wrap and store in gallon freezer bag. When ready re-heat in the microwave for 30 seconds or in the toaster.
