BBQ Brisket with Stuffed Potato Double Protein

This slow-cooked brisket is marinated overnight in our BBQ spice blend and then cooked low and slow until it’s fall-apart tender. We then top it with our homemade sauce and pair it with a potato stuffed with cauliflower, broccoli, and cheddar cheese.. a great way to get the kids (or the picky partner) to eat their veggies, YUM!
