When you think Caesar Salad, you think creamy, tasty, and well…not healthy. Think again! This classic Caesar is made skinny by using a Greek Yogurt and mayo blend to reduce the saturated fat and increase the protein. Additionally, it’s made from scratch so no added fillers or extra sodium. To give it a nutrient boost we mixed some finely chopped kale with the romaine (you won’t even know) and use a whole grain crouton and freshly shaved parm.
