Quinoa is naturally a gluten-free, low-carb, complete protein (containing all 9 ‘essential’ amino acids). Therefore, there is no low-carb option for this dish. Referred to as a “superfood”, this protein-dense grain is full of vitamins and minerals you don’t want to miss out on!
