Now taco Tuesday can be any night of the week with this Turkey Enchilada Casserole. Layers of corn tortillas, black beans, ground turkey, our homemade enchilada sauce and Colby jack cheese meld together in perfect harmony.
Each casserole is made using fresh, minimally processed ingredients and frozen to preserve freshness. Casseroles can be stored in the refrigerator upon receipt to thaw and cook within 5 days or frozen for up to 2 months. Freezing longer will not compromise safety but may compromise quality. To thaw, pull casserole from freezer and allow to thaw in the refrigerator overnight. Pull from fridge 1-2 hours prior to reheating. Follow reheating instructions located on the label when ready to bake. Leftovers should be eaten within 4 days once cooked.
