There is nothing better than a good ole Breakfast Burrito! They are so versatile and can literally be made with anything. Our Fall Harvest Breakfast Burrito is made with delicious turkey apple breakfast sausage, scrambled eggs, gouda cheese, a mix of both sweet and red potatoes, and spinach. We wrap these in whole-grain tortillas and serve them with a side of chunky salsa. No need to add a thing! This burrito is filling, freezer-friendly, and ready in 2 minutes or less!

To freeze: individually wrap each burrito in plastic wrap and then in foil. Place in gallon storage bags or airtight containers in the freezer. When ready, unwrap foil and plastic and wrap in a paper towel. Heat 1 min. in the microwave, rotate and heat in 30-second intervals until internal temperature is 165 degrees. For best results, microwave for 1 minute. Then, toast in a pan over medium heat until all sides are browned.
