This slow-cooked brisket is marinated overnight in our BBQ spice blend and then cooked low and slow until it’s fall-apart tender. We then top it with our homemade sauce and pair it with a potato stuffed with cauliflower, broccoli, and cheddar cheese.. a great way to get the kids (or the picky partner) to eat their veggies, YUM!

Reduce carbs by 18 grams by excluding the potato for roasted veggies instead. Just select “low carb” from the options below.

Make this dish vegetarian by replacing brisket with Quorn pieces. Just select “vegetarian” from the options below.
