  2. Choose the plan that fits your needs. We offer 5, 8, or 10 meal packages in regular or double protein portions. Select Healthy Balance, Vegetarian or Low-Carb and be sure to include any food allergies or intolerances in special instructions.
  3. Do nothing! We chef select your meals based on your preferences and your grub magically arrives on your designated delivery day (Sunday or Monday) or you pick them up at one of our local pick up spots.
