Frequently Asked Questions

We like friends at Perfectly Portioned Nutrition! Create an account and log in to have full access to our weekly menu. We offer a la carte, packaged meals, family style, casseroles and membership plans.

As long as you cancel your order before 9 am on Wednesday morning, you can receive a full refund. All you need to do is call 678-647-9852 or email us for assistance. Cancellations after 9 am on Wednesday will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Once you register your account (remember to save your password) you are ready to make your first purchase!

Step 1: Decide between our membership plans or al-a-cart ordering options. Descriptions of each are found on our home page.

Step 2: If you select membership, you will choose number of meals per week, type of plan (healthy balance, double protein, vegetarian or low carb), and add any special instructions for the team regarding dislikes before adding to the cart. If you want to log in and order weekly, you just need to go to the “what’s on the menu” page and click on each dish to add to cart. Once you open a dish, you can see nutrition information, ingredients, allergens and all options for each dish. NOTE: membership plans can be purchased at any time. Al-a-cart items can only be purchased when the menu is active (Saturday to Tuesday weekly).

Step 3: Once your desired options are in your cart, it’s time to check out! You can always find your cart by clicking the cart icon (top right side) on the website. This will show you exactly what is in your cart.

Step 4: Enter your coupon code. If you have a coupon you will enter it in the coupon code field and click apply coupon. Coupons that are commonly used are Big5 for 5% off 5 meals and Big10 for 10% off 10 meals.

Step 5: Select your delivery preference. We offer Sunday 5-7PM and Monday 10 AM-12 Noon weekly. We also offer 2 pick-up options: Gravity Fitness, Midtown and Harmony Nutrition, Alpharetta. Pickup are available after 12 noon on Monday. NOTE: if you are only offered pick-up, you may be out of zone or your address is not entered correctly. Just reach out to us with your username so that we can investigate. 

Step 6: Click Proceed to Checkout to move to the payment portion of the site. Here you will enter your billing information and delivery information. Be sure to only list zip codes with 5 digits, our site will not read zip codes with -xxxx after it. NOTE: Under delivery information, you will have the option to enter “order notes” be sure to put any notes for our drivers right here. This includes gate codes or instructions for hard-to-find residences. 

Step 7: It’s time to pay! Scroll down past the selected delivery or pickup information and you will see an area to input credit card information. NOTE: you must click “PLACE ORDER” (orange button after credit card info) to successfully place the order. 

Step 8: Verify your order was placed by checking your email as we always send an email thanking you for your order and reminding you of important delivery information. Make sure you whitelist us so we don’t go to junk.

Step 9: Sit back and wait for fresh, ready to eat meals to be delivered right to your door! Note: We cook fresh to order so if you order on a Saturday, you are in the very beginning of our new menu cycle so you will not receive your order until the following Sunday. For example, I ordered my meals on May 3rd, I will not get them until May 11th. This can be frustrating but we assure you, once you get started you never have to miss a week and it is well worth the wait! 

Delivery is based upon mileage from our shared kitchen space, 3300 Marjan Drive, Atlanta Ga 30340. The closer to us, the less you pay. Delivery is $1 per mile.

Someone should be available to receive your order, if you will not be available, please be sure to leave a cooler with ice or ice packs to ensure food safety. It is also essential that you are near your phone during the delivery window incase your driver needs support.

Upon sign-up, it is essential that you provide all delivery notes to ensure a seamless delivery process. Please provide gate codes and notify your concierge or security guard so they will be expecting us. Any and all delivery notes should be included in your profile and updated as needed.

We do not use added preservatives, so meals will be delicious for up to 5 days after receiving and refrigerating them. Best by dates will always be listed on our meal’s labels. Most of our meals are also freezer friendly, if you do not use them by the best by date, pop them in the freezer for up to 2-months and thaw in the fridge overnight before following the original reheating instructions the following day.

The PPN kitchen and prepared products are not allergen/contamination free. We offer products with milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, and soybean. We cannot guarantee that any of our products are safe to consume for people with any of these allergies. While we try to accommodate sensitivities to allergens, customers with family members who are food allergic should not use our service.

PPN strives to offer options that will appeal to a variety of diet types. We are fad-free meaning we will not align ourselves with fad diets and choose menu items that meet the Dietary Guidelines of Americans and recommended dietary patterns with a focus on minimally processed whole foods, the correct portion size for animal proteins, and a healthy serving of fruits, veggies, and whole-grains. Modifications are available for those who do not eat meat or pork, want extra protein, or desire lower carbs.

Meal prep is a convenience. Please recycle/reuse your containers.
